Terms of Service

Summary: LinkFile (a part of GeetFlow Co.) is a file-sharing platform. You are fully responsible for any file you upload, share, or embed. We may remove, restrict, or disable content or links that violate the law, copyright, or our policies. For DMCA or abuse reports, email support@linkfile.io.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using LinkFile (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by GeetFlow Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. What LinkFile Is — and Is Not

LinkFile provides file upload, sharing, streaming, and embedding functionality. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, we reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates the law, these Terms, or our policies, at our sole discretion.

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Content

  • You are solely responsible for the files and content you upload, share, or embed.
  • Do not upload or distribute content that violates any copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Do not upload illegal, violent, extremist, harassing, or hateful content.
  • Do not upload malware, spyware, or any harmful code.
  • Do not share personal or private data of others without consent.

4. License You Grant to LinkFile

By uploading content, you grant GeetFlow Co. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, copy, store, cache, distribute, transcode, display, stream, and otherwise use the content to operate and improve the Service and comply with legal obligations. This license ends when you delete the content, except for copies retained for backup or as required by law.

5. Embeds, Public Sharing & Third-Party Use

  • When you enable sharing or embedding, your files may be visible publicly on third-party sites.
  • Do not embed or reuse copyrighted material you do not have rights to.
  • We may disable embeds or public links for content that receives valid copyright complaints or abuse reports.

6. Copyright Complaints (DMCA-Style Takedown)

We respect copyright. To file a complaint, send an email to support@linkfile.io containing: (a) your name and contact details; (b) identification of the copyrighted work and its LinkFile URL; (c) a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized; (d) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; (e) your electronic signature. We will act promptly to remove or disable access to the reported content and notify the uploader.

7. Moderation, Suspension & Termination

We may, at our discretion, warn, suspend, terminate, delete, or restrict accounts or content for violations of these Terms or abuse of the Service. We are not liable for data loss or downtime due to enforcement actions.

8. No Unlawful Use & Indemnity

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GeetFlow Co., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your content or your use of the Service.

9. Privacy

We process limited data to operate the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using LinkFile, you consent to such processing.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. GeetFlow Co. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeetFlow Co. is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed INR 5,000.

11. Fees & Refunds

Any paid features will clearly state applicable fees and refund policies. Pricing may change with notice.

12. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after publication means you accept the changes.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Rajasthan, India.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and linked policies are the complete agreement between you and GeetFlow Co..

15. Strong Anti-Abuse Policy

We aggressively enforce these Terms. Repeated copyright or abuse violations will result in immediate content removal, account termination, IP blocking, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate. Attempts to bypass enforcement by using new accounts or proxies will be treated as additional violations.
